New website design

The initial website design was cool, but it lacked some oomph and functionality. We just uploaded the new design early this morning which should work a lot better for more of our visitors. The subscription page may look the same, but I promise that it's not. We've got databases now, so all of the subscription information will be held on our own servers, rather than third party servers. That means we have more control, and you never have to leave our website to subscribe.

There are still some bugs that we're working out, but over all this new layout should work a lot better for most people. Most notably, some of the cool new features aren't available in older versions of Internet Explorer. To remedy this situation, we suggest upgrading (not only will the site look better, but your browsing experience will be much more secure). If you do choose to upgrade, we suggest .

In other news, we got our first sample of t-shirts from Matt's WitTees. They're going to revamp their website, and when they do, they'll be offering official SAMSARA Magazine of Poetry t-shirts. We're really excited. But more on that later...

SAMSARA Magazine of Poetry launches new website

We launched our new website today to bring new readers and writers to the magazine. The website can be viewed at www.samsaramagazineofpoetry.com and offers subscription options, excerpts from the upcoming issue, submission guidelines, and all of the other goodies you'd expect. We're still working out some of the kinks, but the website is live and usable. Be sure to check it all out and give us your feedback.
